That's okay! There's another way:

Open up a browser on your computer (e.g. Chrome).
Go to drive.google.com or dropbox.com.
Sign in or create a free account.
Create a folder named Bark.
Click on the Bark folder.
Re-open File Explorer.
Drag and drop these files into the Google Drive or Dropbox folder you created:
- main.log
- config.json
- devices.json
- commands.json
Create a sharing link for the Google Drive or Dropbox folder that allows anyone with the link to access the files.
Reply to your existing Bark Support email thread with that link to the diagnostics logs.
